Taking My Own Advice

Almost two years ago, I found myself in a funny situation; I had just received a $970.00 traffic infraction from a Multnomah County Sheriff outside Portland, Oregon while on vacation. To date this is the highest traffic fine I have ever seen, and it was my own.
